Yoga is an excellent way for seniors to keep their mind and bodies active, along with adding an extra social event into the week. At Namami, yoga classes for the Seniors' (or "Great Timers'" as we like to call them) are conducted with the use of chairs, wall ropes, and a host of other props. This way all the health benefits of yoga are accessible to those who are mobility challenged or limited.
