Hatha Yoga, is sometimes referred to as the "yoga of balance."  It places a strong emphasis on static poses (asanas) in order to find good alignment physically, while maintaining good breath management (pranayama).

Hatha yoga seeks to balance and harmonize the body, mind, and spirit; While incorporating spiritual and philosophical elements, aiming for personal development and growth.The benefits of Hatha yoga include improved physical stamina, flexibility, and general body awareness. It is also a fantastic exercise for lowering stress levels, enhancing focus, and developing inner tranquillity. Hatha yoga classes focus on breathwork, postures, relaxation, and meditation. This is an excellent class to learn the foundations of yoga in a safe and supportive environment.

Hatha classes are highly recommended for all as they can be modified for the aged, the pregnant, the beginner or the advanced.
