This is a more gentle and contemplative Hatha yoga class. Offering slow and mindful movements. There is a stronger emphasis on stretching, mobility and low-impact movements, before setting the body into a position in order to focus the mind on mantra, and meditation. This class is accessible to all levels, including beginners.
